CONSENT WITHPERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

modified according to the provisions of the regulationof the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protectionof natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of suchdata, (hereinafter GDPR)

List of personal data:

Personal data of applicants for  inclusion indatabase for sending newsletters - email address.

Purposes of personal data processing:

Record of e-mail addresses for sendingmarketing offers.

Personal data may not be further processedin a way that is not compatible with these purposes.

Recipients of personal data: onlyoperator

Legal basis for personal data processing -article 6, par. 1. letter a) GDPR - the person concerned has expressed consent toprocessing your personal data for at least one specific purpose.

Period of retention of personal data – 10years.

The affected person hereby declares thatgives the operator his explicit and unconditional consent to processher personal data in the above-mentioned scope, for the stated purpose and duringof the above-mentioned time.

The affected person isobliged to provide true and up-to-date personal data. In case of changeof personal data, the person concerned is obliged to notify the change without delayoperator.

The affected person has the right to withdraw at any timeyour consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processingbased on consent before its revocation.

Data subject rightsdefined by Chapter 3 GDPR. It goes, for example o rights to demand from the operatoraccess to personal data concerning the person concerned, the right to their correctionor erasure or restriction of processing or the right to objectprocessing, as well as the right to data portability and right to file a complaintsupervisory authority.
