Zuvaj.sk Loyalty Program – Earning Points

At Zuvaj.sk, we value all our customers! That’s why, in addition to our regular promotions, we’ve created this exclusive loyalty program that rewards you not only for every purchase, but also for every referral.

Discounts vary depending on the product type as shown in the table below:
How to Earn Points Points per €1
Product Purchase: (neo, veo, vuse, velo, pablo, killa, white fox, fedrs, thunder) 10 points (1.6% cashback)
Product Purchase: (kurwa, iceberg) 15 points (4% cashback)
Product Purchase: (CBD category, energy and others) 20 points (5.5% cashback)

Referring a friend or acquaintance

1000 points upon first purchase by referred customer

First Order on Zuvaj.sk

  • After purchasing and receiving the shipment, and once verified by us, 500 points will be automatically credited to the customer’s account.
  • If the order is not received or returned, the entitlement to the 500 points is forfeited.


Referring a Friend

  • If a customer who has previously ordered from Zuvaj.sk refers a friend or acquaintance who makes a first purchase, both will receive 1000 points on their customer accounts.
  • Points will be credited only after the package is received.
  • If the goods are returned or the package is not received, the earned points will be deducted from both accounts.

  • After your referred friend/friend creates an order, please email us at info@zuvaj.sk with the following information for review:
  • The order number, the name of the referred customer and your name
  • After verifying the information, we will credit both of you with 1000 points


Example of Earning Points

✅ You buy a product for €4.5 → you earn 67.5 points.
✅ You buy for €39 → you earn 585 points.
✅ You refer 3 friends who purchase → you earn 3000 points = €8.25 discount.


Example of Using Points

You will be able to redeem your collected points for selected products or a discount on your order.

Additional Information

  • The number of points you can earn per product can be found in the product details.
  • If the goods are returned or not received, the points earned from that order will be deducted.
  • There is no time limit for redeeming points.

  • Bonus loyalty points – if it’s the customer’s name day, we credit bonus loyalty points
